• Auction is for the above-mentioned trip. Dates of trip are non-negotiable. According to the donor the fair market value for this trip is $4,500.
• To submit a bid, email your bid amount with your name and contact information to: info@thebelizeproject.org. Bids must be received by 10:00pm CST on Thursday, Dec. 15, 2011. The Belize Project is not responsible for emails that are non-deliverable, emails lost in spam accounts, emails that bounce or for any reason are not received and legible by The Belize Project.
• Info@thebelizeproject.org will reply to your submitted bid within 12 hours of submission to let you know it was received and reminding you of the amount of your bid. If you do not receive a reply within 12 hours, please resend your bid.
• You may only make one bid per person, so make sure your bid is for the maximum amount you are willing to pay for this trip. If multiple bids are received from an individual, The Belize Project reserves the right to accept the highest bid or reject all bids from that individual.
• Bids will be opened and winning bidder will be notified by Friday, Dec. 16 at noon. Losing bidders will not be notified. To request the name of the winning bidder, please submit a request in writing, to The Belize Project, P.O. Box 158271, Nashville, TN 37215-8271 and include your name, address and telephone number.
• A bid received by The Belize Project is your contract to purchase this item and payment must be received by The Belize Project no later than December 20, 2011.
